Dr Samantha Davidson

Medical Director of Gold Coast Dermatology Clinic

Dr Samantha Davidson is a specialist consultant dermatologist and Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists, who specialises in medical dermatology and laser aesthetics.

She completed both her undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Queensland, followed by medical and dermatology training across major tertiary hospitals in Brisbane, including the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Mater Hospital Brisbane, and the Queensland Institute of Dermatology. She has also undertaken additional clinical training in Ireland at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Drogheda.

Dr Davidson specialises in medical dermatology and laser aesthetics, while continuing to enjoy treating a broad range of paediatric and adult dermatology patients. Over recent years, she has developed extensive expertise in laser dermatology and is a recognised key opinion leader, regularly speaking on contemporary topics in laser and aesthetic dermatology.

Outside of work, she enjoys living on the Gold Coast with her husband and three children.

Dr Megan Kelly

Dr Megan Kelly is an experienced General Practitioner who graduated in 2010 with a special interest in Acne, Skin Cancer and Aesthetic medicine. She focuses on the diagnosis, treatment and ongoing management of skin cancer, solar damage and gently treating the ageing process.

Dr Kelly holds several post graduate qualifications in Skin Cancer medicine, surgery, dermoscopy and aesthetic medicine. She is also currently completing a Masters of Medicine in Skin Cancer Medicine through the University of Queensland.
Dr Kelly is experienced with Dermoscopy, skin excisions, biopsies, cryotherapy, anti wrinkle, dermal filler and Bioremodelling agents. She is interested in the early detection of skin cancer and educating her patients in skin cancer prevention, how to reduce solar damage and skin ageing concerns.
She works from the rooms of Gold Coast Dermatology Clinic and is available for appointments on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Dr Erin Evans

Dr Erin Evans grew up in Brisbane where she completed a Bachelor of Science majoring in Anatomy and Biomedical Science at the University of QLD Medicine and graduated from Griffith University Medical School in 2008. She completed her residency at Gold Coast University Hospital.

Dr Evans has extended her studies in Dermatology, Aesthetics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology completing a Certificate in Sexual Health and Family Planning.
Dr Evans enjoys treating patients of all ages in all areas of medicine. She is passionate about improving patient quality of life with a holistic approach to care looking at the body, mind and emotions. Dr Evans practices with an evidence-based approach with strong emphasis on healthy lifestyle choices and patient education.
She works from the rooms of Gold Coast Dermatology Clinic and is available for appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Tahlia Cusack

Tahlia is a highly respected dermal therapist known for her results-driven approach and genuine commitment to patient care. As one of the driving forces behind Gold Coast Dermatology Clinic, with Dr Samantha Davidson she has built a reputation for delivering personalised treatment plans that prioritise long-term skin health.

Tahlia is highly experienced in treatments involving laser and energy based devices, with a particular focus on treating skin concerns such as pigmentation, acne, scarring, and sun damage. Her approach is grounded in clinical precision, combining aesthetic technology with tailored skincare and patient education to achieve consistent, sustainable outcomes.
Beyond the clinic, Tahlia is deeply passionate about education and raising industry standards. Through her training at SkinRight Skin School, she mentors Doctors, dermal therapists and cosmetic nurses in laser safety, consultation excellence, and advanced treatment protocols.
What sets Tahlia apart is her ability to connect with her patients. She understands that every skin journey is unique, and she takes the time to listen, educate, and guide each individual with honesty and care.
